MUSTANG SALLY

I grew up on a Minnesota farm in the 1950's. I am frugal, organized and goal orientated. My most well known skill is focused on Communication. The most important things in my life are my immediate and church family. I have a very strong work ethic. Both my boys have graduated from college now and it is time to focus more on me. My Goals:
I want to keep my blood pressure and LDL down. I also want to increase my bone density which is on the low end of normal right now.

My Program:
I am trying to decrease salt in my diet and increase calcium, fiber, magnesium, and potassium.
I walk 3 to 4 miles, 3 times a week.


Personal Information:
I live in the sweetheart city of the West, Loveland, Colorado. I love hiking and walking. The western horizon is filled with the Rocky Mountains and I try to enjoy them every day!

You know, I get so wrapped up in the struggle to reach the goal line that I forget to simply live the journey. My goal for summer 2015 is to simply live it; to keep moving forward, even if I stumble along the way. It is the lifestyle I want, to walk the road with faithful fervor. So I am going to focus on simply living it.
