Hey girl. I'm still here, streaming away! Day 21 of being spot on track for me! Feeling sooooo good right now! They say it takes 21 days for something to become a habit right?? Well, I don't think I'm quite there yet but I'm feeling really motivated and ready to take on Week 4. And today is 30 days to Christmas and I already have the dress I wanna wear out, which will look soooo much cuter if I was about 5lbs lighter haha

Hey hey! Soooooo glad you're on this with me! It's officially 35 days left til Christmas....let's get it in! Where are you going on the 22nd?? Abroad holiday or just off to be with family? We can totally check in to SP every day til then...as long as you check in with me once a week too! haha
Hope you're on track so far. Today has been a massively busy day for me. It's nearly 6.30pm and I'm still in the office (should have left an hour ago! Oooops!). Been working non-stop today, but I love busy days...it makes me forget about wanting to eat hahaha I did manage to sneak off for an hour at lunch time and hit the gym for a 45minute Step class! Ahhhh so so good! I'm taking my mum out for dinner tonight so I probably shouldn't stay in the office much longer. Just wanted to do a quick Spark session because I know I won't get it done at home.

Hope you're right here with me. LOVE LOVE LOVE having you around and on my team! Let's do this girl! Lots and lots of love emoticon emoticon emoticon

We've got 40 days left til Christmas (yep, my countdown has begun!). Let's get a streak going. I've got 10 fantastic days under my belt already. I've promised myself if I can get to Christmas being spot on, I can have a tiny little Christmas treat. You in?

Hahahaha! YESSSSS, I LIVE! I have missed you tooooooooo!!! Believe me, I am BACK and raring to go like never before! Got some catching up to do (with you, you skinny mini!), but ready to finish the year out on a high and enter 2013 at my lowest weight ever. You with me? I know you are; I can always rely on you.
