Thanks for the flowers! I LOVE them! Not sure what the time or date difference is, but I hope you have or had a Happy Friday and a great weekend! I hope you don't have to spend all your time, moving. It's so HOT here that all I've been doing lately is staying indoors. Thank goodness for my Tracy Anderson and Jillian Michael's DVDs.

Eeeeeek! Nearly out of the 180's! At least I was last time I weighed in. I ate really badly for 2 weeks from 30th April! Decided this Monday that enough was enough and I need to get right back on it. I did workout a few times in those 2 weeks though, but I definitely felt like I had put back on a good few pounds! Grrrr! But onwards and upwards. I'm not gonna weigh in now until 4th June, and by then I WILL be back to at least 183.6, if not lower. I've never stepped on a scale and seen 170-anything, so that's exciting. I think I would've been there by now if not for the 2-week slip-up, but oh well. We live and learn.

How you doing this week? You got your Spark back full throttle? Summer is right round the corner, and damn it we WILL be smoking hotties in our bathing suits this summer! emoticon
