I am trying to lose some weight to get my High Blood Pressure under control. and so I can go SHOPPING for new clothes.
I have to edit my page as part of the challange. So I will list my goals.
I will find and do fun exersizes. Hopefully with my puppy..
I will track my nutrition and make better choises at least most of the time.
I will find a good supplement and take it daily. I need to do this because my high blood pressure medisine makes my potassium low and my ...

Thanks for reading my blog! it's nice to know I am not the only one who has a husband that eats an hour after dinner. Tonight I even asked him if he wanted more he said he was all set and then 90 minutes later he is eating 2 bowls of cheerios! At least it's a healthy meal emoticon
