3 kids + 2 grandkids = no time 4self

The title says it all. And I didn't include my husband and dog. There is just no time for me. I also volunteer 4 days a week. My weight goal is to lose 45 pounds. I've got plenty of nice clothes I can't wear that I want to wear again. I want to feel better. I remember what it felt like to be thin and I want to feel that again. My Goals:
To lose 45 pounds.
To mesh faith & weight loss. Have my weight loss glorify God & initiate questions about Him.
To fit into nice clothes I already have, not the same pair of pants and 3 shirts that fit.
To feel good about my life again.
To easily get through my daily acitivities.
To be a trainer.

My Program:
The Spark Solution Crysal lost 71 pounds. Her advice "exercise often and eat smaller portions." I do not like new foods. So I will try what she did for starters. Move more, eat less. Hopefully, once I start to lose, I will want to try more healthy recipes. The recipes in the book look very good but I'm no cook!

Personal Information:
I live in NC. I used to teach physical education. And I was not one of these coaches who couldn't do anything else. I was very fit and very good at what I did. I would love to get in shape and become a trainer again and spend my free time on missions.
