Healthier Me

I am a 21 year old women and my goal is to start eating healthier and to lose around 30 pounds in 3 months ( October 8th) .

I want to do this because over the past couple years my weight has increased at a unhealthy level. I know this is because of my unhealthy eating habits--eating out daily if not twice a day; drinking alot of soda, snacking on unhealthy food, and more.I have eat out so much with the past couple years that everything just tastes the same now and i just feel ...

I want to do this because over the past couple years my weight has increased at a unhealthy level. I know this is because of my unhealthy eating habits--eating out daily if not twice a day; drinking alot of soda, snacking on unhealthy food, and more.I have eat out so much with the past couple years that everything just tastes the same now and i just feel disgusting after eating it. I want to get back to eating REAL and healthy food. I also want to increase my physical excersice because it gives me more energy and you just feel better overall.

I will be honest I have tried Spark People a couple times but what gets me eveytime is motivation! This is what I have the most diffucult time. with. The way that I am going to try and overcome this is posting on a message board daily and the postive response from there will help!

Eating out less ( currently eat out around 7 times a week or more, want to cut it down to 2 times a month at most)
Eating more fruits and vegtables ( 3 servings a day)
Drinking more water ( 8 glasses minimuim)
Try new recipes ( 3 times a week)
Walking to/from Work (4 times a week)
Walking on my lunch breaks (3 times a week)
Doing other physical excerisce ( 3 times a week)
Posting on a message board/Spark team daily
Blog daily

My Program:
Track food daily
Cut out eating out
Eating more fruits and vegtables
Drinking more water
Try new foods and recipes
More active lifestyle
Walking more
Doing excersie
Keeping motivated!


Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Saskatchewan ( in the middle of Canada). I am currently employed as a travel agent and I love what I do!!

Other Information:
I am going to start a reward program for myself :)
-10lbs -Get a manicure
-20lbs-Get my hair cut
-30lbs- Get new running shoes

Also another reward of mine is that on going is that every time I go to the gym I go for a tan ( when available). It is a great way to relax after a workout!
