    Go for the Gold Exercise Challenge
    The goal here is to track June's exercise minutes and reach one of the medal levels.
    SparkPeople Goodie medals will be awarded to those who achieve one of the levels.
    Gold Medal - 2000 plus minutes
    Silver Medal - 1500 plus minutes
    Bronze Medal - 1000 plus minutes

    Go for the Gold Sparking Challenge
    Each day you can earn up to 4 points. One point each for:
    Tracking food and remaining within or under your target range.
    Tracking exercise (exercise should only be tracked if 20 minutes or more)
    Tracking water (any fluid) intake and reaching Spark recommended 8 cups
    Posting update on Spark People forum for Go for the Gold Sparking Challenge
    SparkPeople Goodie medals will be awarded to those who achieve one of the levels.
    Gold Medal - 112 plus points
    Silver Medal - 104 plus points
    Bronze Medal - 96 plus points

    June's Last Sparker Standing
    Sign up for this one! Weigh in on June 3, 10, 17, 24 and July 1st. If you weight is lower than the previous weigh in - you stay and if you have not lost weight - you are out. Let's see how many of us can end the month on a losing streak.

    June's Additional Challenge
    This is the most complex and free form challenge. I going to make the rules as we go.
    #1 - Fitness streak - work out at least 20 minutes everyday in June.
    #2 - Silver or Gold Medal in Go for the Gold Exercise Challenge
    #3 - Silver or Gold Medal in Go for the Gold Sparking Challenge
    #4 - No candy week (7 consecutive days with no candy)
    #5 - Do something different to burn more calories everyday (for example - parked farther away, took stairs, walked to work, washed dishes by hand and so on)
    Others may be added.
