After moving four times in our first year of marriage, my husband and I finally settled in to our own place in a small semi-rural town in San Diego County this past summer.

Unfortunately, shortly after the move, I lost my license due to health issues. While I am working to get the health condition under control and get my license back, it has presented a challenge when it comes to getting to the gym. Working from home, my life has become increasingly sedentary.
This year, I am determined to stop making excuses, overcome all obstacles and get back into a workout routine. This is the year I lose all the weight and become the healthy woman my husband and future kids deserve. The woman God created me to be!
