I don't have a recipe, but I'll tell you what I did.

I browned my ground beef, added a can of crushed tomatoes and 3 TBSP of Italiano Spice. I also steamed some cauliflower.
I placed the cauliflower (I ate 100g) on my plate, and put 1 oz. of cheddar cheese curds (my new favorite food!) on top of them, and covered it all with 3 heaped TBSP of my meat sauce mixture!

OMG, I never even MISSED the pasta! (I am currently following the Atkin's diet plan... I'm not sure if canned tomatoes are on the "acceptable foods list" but I don't care!

I already lost a POUND from yesterday to today! I think I'm doing SOMETHING right! :)
