I don't really care a lot for exercise. I like walking with friends and dancing with my husband best. I am going to a physical therapist for strength training weekly.

Had my knee scoped last summer to repair damage. Still not back to previous level, but getting closer. Just got inserts for my fallen arches. Hoping that helps too.

I had lapband surgery 3 1/2 years ago, but have not been a dedicated bandster for awhile now. Time to get back on the bandwagon!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 pounds more.

To reach my goals:
Strength training with trainer weekly; 1 other time on my own
30 minutes cardio other than dancing 2-3x per week (depending on dance schedule)
Dance 2-3 times per week
Track my food 6 days a week.

If I can keep up the loss, I can be at my goal by Nov 2012. I am trying to be realistic as this will be a 100 pound loss to reach goal. Below is my plan.
