Right where I want to be?

My kids are young and I don't want them to see their mom always dieting or teaching them a bad body image. I want them to be confident and healthy and not have to learn this stuff in their 30's like me.

I reached my "goal" weight a couple of years ago, but have slowly gained back almost 20 pounds. I am determined to get back to a better place.

2014 will bring for me:
* the practice of being PRESENT
* increased FITness
* actual healthy weight ...

My Goals:
To get back to where I can attempt to maintain without constantly thinking about the food I'm eating... to be a good example for my kids... to be active and physically fit.

My Program:
Exercise - Weight training, running, elliptical and treadmill - trying to add in more bike.
Hoping to attempt swimming in 2014. Eventual goal: Mini or Sprint Triathalon

Goals:
--Complete C25K again - working on increasing speed
--Run a 10K (not run/walk, but RUN)
--Complete 1/2 marathon faster than 2011 (2:51:08)
--Complete a Mini or Sprint Triathalon (after I learn to swim)

i would love someone to train with for a tri at the same time. I think it would be so much fun and help with motivation. So if you ever want too let me know. :)

FYI my 5k is on sunday this weekend. LOL But either day works. ;)
