How are your goals for March going so far? Zumba classes are a lot of fun!

Well I did 61 minutes of high intensity and it gave me that number so. I don't know. Either way if I don't log it all on SP it's not that big of a deal I guess. But then again, I could be way under the amount of calories I should be eating hmm... Anyways, I use an app called "Calories Burned Calculator". It has a huge list of activities, including Zumba low, med and high intensity. You input your current weight and how many minutes and it shows. It also has calories for certain foods and other things. It's pretty cool. Alrighty, hope you had a good workout!

I hope you're having a good day!! I just did 61 minutes of Xbox Zumba and I'm soaked lol. It tells me I've burned 967 calories but to me that just seems way to much! I never mark those down, I use an app on my phone which says 522 lol. Hope you've Zumba'd lately!! emoticon
