2013...ok, here I go, again. 10 kgs to lose. Will try for end of Nov 2013.
2012 update...I have 6 - 7 kgs to lose, and am ready to tackle the programme again. I also need to up my water intake.
2011...10 kgs to lose. To cook healthful food. To exercise at least 10 mins every day. To NOT GIVE UP!
Exercise for 15 mins at least, 3 times p/wk. Cardio walk for 40 mins, 5 times p/wk.
Tracking, tracking, tracking food and fitness.

2012 saw our 27yr old son, a talented photographer, diagnosed with Aspergers. No one could ever pinpoint what was different about him, until now. It's been an emotional rollercoaster.
Trusting God for his future. For now (2013), after 8 years, he is back home with us.
