I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

If I act in accordance with my weight maintenance, my goal weight will stay.

Relentless Determination!!! ...

Thanks for reading my blog and commenting. I am not quite there yet in my mind to say never ever eat a cupcake but I have more awareness of what is at stake.
Yea, smoking is an insidious habit and I struggled with that one too but I can say that today the idea of a cigarette makes me a bit nauseous. I have 0 desire for one
It seems impossible that I would ever feel that way about cake at this point.
And I really need to stop talking about cake! emoticon

I am only on day 8 of Siebold and day 5 of Beck so I am a newbie but I know in my heart this is the kind of approach I need.

Gah! I'm glad you think that I "temper" Siebold down a bit . . . he is just SOOOO darn controversial!! It's amazing to me how much I'm learning even from this 3rd or 4th round: probably still somewhat emotionally resistant to hearing all that he has to say!!
