I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

ACTION IS KING.

Thanks for the comment..."why?" is the perfect question...answer "it was there" but that is the problem, need to get my willpower back...and BTW: After I ate the darn thing I paid hard, up all night with a tummy ache.....ugh!!!
