Thanks for the support- you are right - people are more important. I am working hard at eating unprocessed and vegan and the cravings have almost gone away. Not counting calories so much as avoiding the foods that trigger binges. Healthy every day is better than skinny jeans and I'm not gaining :) Curious- how often you weigh yourself? 228 days ago
