I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

I would say 2 pounds a week is usual for me on the 17 day diet with a quick first loss of about 3 (we know thats water too). That is also sticking really closely to the diet on the first stage (there are 4 stages - if you go back on it you can stagger stages). I lost regained weight just a few months ago, then put it back on in the next few months. I read Beck in the beginning two years ago and have recently been following the blogs on her suggestions. My main issue is maintenance though of course I want to get these added pounds back off.

Sandi thank you for your comment on my Blog of 1000 Days. I need to begin a plan of action, and I am so glad I did commit to this. I can get so much done with a little list, and I have needed to regroup since the Wedding this summer. I have only just gotten back on track this past week if you can believe it!!!!! But, at least I DID!! Now to keep in contact!!! Thanks for your patience!
