I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

If I act in accordance with my weight maintenance, my goal weight will stay.

Thanks so much for dropping by my blog. Yep! No snow. We only get a few days a year, and it often disappears by lunchtime. I just can't imagine the temperatures you're having in North America.

It is so hard to just look at the scale and not get emotionally tied to that number! That's why I personally need to weigh less frequently than daily, because it was stressful to weigh in every day. Even with only weighing in twice a week, I still have to work to just acknowledge that number and then step back off the scale and into my life as usual. Hopefully that will come naturally to me in time! Thanks for stopping by my blog =).
