I love the ebook Fat Loser! Thank you SO much for mentioning it! Last summer I reached my goal weight, then I got lazy and gained back 15 lbs this past year. Since then I've been looking for reasons "why" I binge and gain weight. The author is right, there are no reasons to blame. I got lazy, and I use food for pleasure. Any slight life discomfort I use as an excuse to binge, so I can feel good in the moment. Pleasure has become more important to me than my goal weight.
