ACTION IS KING!!!

I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

If I act in accordance with my weight maintenance, my goal weight will stay.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I've got a book from Amazon, "The Disease to Please," and I'm exploring this approval-seeking thing. Very enlightening!

Yep! No oven. Ordinary kitchens don't have built-in ovens but some higher-end ones do. People buy their own small ones but I haven't got one yet. I've never been into baking cakes but I might buy an oven to expand my main-dish repertoire a bit.

Found out -- the progress award is related to the Spark Tracker. I went from about 250 steps on the evening I set it up to 5300 on the next day (with the dog walks)
