I have lost hundreds and hundreds and hundreds AND hundreds of pounds in my lifetime as a yo yo dieter.

Having lost over 50 pounds and re-gained again, April 28, 2014 is the date I began my last loss. October 23, 2014 is the date I returned to my goal weight after having to re-lose 31 lbs. It's the date I consider the start of my maintenance.

ACTION IS KING.

Thank you for the suggestion on Beck. I actually read it when I started on sp in the beginning with my first loss. I have been reading different blogs on Beck lately (so many seem to be doing this now) and the reminders are good. May take it out from library again once I finish the steps I am doing now.
