Hi This week I am trying to cut out the evening snacking - didn't buy any chips this week and more fruit. Bought big tub of blueberries and some grapes, along with the apples and pineapple left from last week. Also am modifying my cardio slightly upping the resistance and speed on elliptical. Guess I have been slacking a little and while am still doing my 40 - 60 mins a day have not been working as hard. We will see.

Hi. Feeling a little better today after feeling horrible yesterday. Hopefully I will keep getting better now. helped my weight loss tho since I'm not that hungry, LOL

You were right I got enough steps in. Had a nice day but 6 hours in the car is tiring. Was so glad to have today off. Did some vacuming and babysat from nap to bedtime while Brian and Alissa went furniture shopping for the new house.
Back to work tomorrow but its dead right now but soon should be able to start 2014.....

I am so glad its Friday too! It has been a long week and I have been doing fewer steps too but still making my 8000 everyday. Today its rainy again but just finished lunch and am getting ready to head out for my walk. I already did 30 mins on the Elliptical this morning just in case the rain keeps me inside...

We are heading over to Jeff and Susan's for the day on Sunday. It looks like we are all going and Mom and Dad are also coming, altho we told Jeff not to tell them... It might be tough to get all my steps in that day.

I am soo glad its friday.

Took Ari swimming tonight after dinner and you should see her swim, the water was a little chilly prob only about 83 or so. We got those arm floaties for her and now she doggie paddles all around, jumps off the step by herself and swims a couple strokes with her face in the water. She jumps in from the side if you hold her hands. She will push off the side of the pool and doesn't mind when the water goes over her head.

She got scared when it got dark outside tho. It was kind of funny she noticed it starting to get a little dark and she got nervous and got more scared the darker it got. Chris even tried turning on all the lights but didn't help.

Anyway a little extra exercise in the pool tonight in addition to my two walks during work and elliptical time this morning. lol
