I am so glad its Friday too! It has been a long week and I have been doing fewer steps too but still making my 8000 everyday. Today its rainy again but just finished lunch and am getting ready to head out for my walk. I already did 30 mins on the Elliptical this morning just in case the rain keeps me inside...

We are heading over to Jeff and Susan's for the day on Sunday. It looks like we are all going and Mom and Dad are also coming, altho we told Jeff not to tell them... It might be tough to get all my steps in that day.

I am soo glad its friday.

Took Ari swimming tonight after dinner and you should see her swim, the water was a little chilly prob only about 83 or so. We got those arm floaties for her and now she doggie paddles all around, jumps off the step by herself and swims a couple strokes with her face in the water. She jumps in from the side if you hold her hands. She will push off the side of the pool and doesn't mind when the water goes over her head.

She got scared when it got dark outside tho. It was kind of funny she noticed it starting to get a little dark and she got nervous and got more scared the darker it got. Chris even tried turning on all the lights but didn't help.

Anyway a little extra exercise in the pool tonight in addition to my two walks during work and elliptical time this morning. lol

Hi! I hve been doing really well with steps making 10000 most days lately, and made Gold again last week. I walked early today and it is much cooler so I will do elliptical after lunch while Ari is sleeping.

I did not get to the garden this past weekend but maybe next weekend. I still have quite a bit to do and now that its been raining need to mow the lawn too.
Nice to be able to swim again too.

Down a pound today, finally....I am struggling a little getting the calorie amount right but have been loosing inches from all the exercise. Its not all about the scale, lol.

Have a great day and good job on the 10,000 steps. For me that is 20 mins on the elliptical and then 2 20 min walks (basically 1 hour of exercise). emoticon

Hi I am doing so well with my steps been over 10,000 the last couple days, Yay. Of course I was off and babysitting mon and tuesday. Today I was remote but was pretty busy. Nice only one day in the office this week....

I am still fighting the head congestion and still coughing a little but hasn't stopped me from walking and elliptical.

I see you are doing well too.
