MCONFESSOR
Hi! It's Melissa. I thought I'd have more success this time around if I just started a new page with a new name and put more effort into it. Since you're the most inspiring person I know personally where weight loss and lifestyle change is concerned, I have added you because I wanted to include you in the new start. :) Have a Happy New Year!

HI, you asked me about putting photos in a blog? First thing, you can't do it using internet explorer, or at least I can't. It works for me with both Chrome and Firefox. So you make a space in the text by putting in a couple of carriage returns, then upload the photo. It uploads to SP, and then in SP sends back to you an HTML link that starts and finishes with the little sideways arrow things. I put them in here to show you and got an error message asking me to remove the HTML!
You don't see the actual photo until you publish the blog, BUT if the photo is in the wrong place, you can cut and paste the link (mind you get the whole of it) to wherever you want it to be. You can also publish the blog and then go back in and edit it. What you can't do, unf. is preview it before you've published it, except in edit mode.
You need a fast and reliable internet connection to upload a lot of photos. I've got BT wifi and that is ok, about a minute per photo. I've tried uploading from other people's wifi (eg hotels) and it can take FOREVER, esp if you lose the connection half way. Also, if you are writing a long blog, it's a good idea to do the writing in the notepad or whatever word processing software you've got, and save it. Then if anything goes wrong, at least you don't have to write it all again.

spaghetti squash is delicious ..I bet it would taste great with the rest of these ingredients as a HOT salad. I would cut the squash in half and take out the seeds and bake it (flesh side down), and fork the flesh into the spaghetti. I would probably grill the zucchini, and the peppers first, then add those with the sliced tomato, the pesto olive oil dressing, and top it with parmesan.
It all sounds good with a little experimentation 2074 days ago
