I used to love to run, now i can't hardly run a block....
i started walking which i enjoy also but i miss running.
this weight has been a struggle.... but i plan on making some changes.

My Goals:
To get back into running but knowing that it takes small steps, so walking off the weight until i am fit enough to run without hurting myself.
I need to lose over 100 pounds which i've gained in 5 years or so, which means i can't do it overnight ---- i have to remember that!

My Program:
Walking at least 3-5 times a week. Eating 3 - 5 small healthy meals comprised of vegetables, protein and brown rice with some fruits.

Personal Information:
Moved from NYC to Phoenix AZ and ended up in Richland WA.
Getting to enjoy it here (took some time though)

Thanks for the strawberry! They are really huge this year. When I go to the movies (which isn't often) I take my own 100 calorie pack popcorn.. Stuffed in my purse. lol Have a great week ahead. emoticon
