My name is Sandy. Im 45. Today I weigh 345. 30 pounds up from my lowest since I began. I want to lose that again and more. Ultimately my goal is 199. To just reach one-derland would be AMAZING!

I have 2 grown children, at least in AGE. 1 grand daughter that has me wrapped around her finger. I babysit for her on my days off. She just started walking so maybe that will help make me more active.

I am a pharmacy technician. I am on my feet about 8 hours a day. I have a step counter and I take about 6000 steps at work daily.

My plan is to ride my bike and walk my treadmill daily, and....this is the hard part, to do some sort of weight training. I have a kettlebell, and I have small hand weights, that should get me started.

Drink at least 100 ounce of water daily and incorporate lots more fruits and veg's back into my diet. Also, less beef and more chicken.

I have set a smaller goal. 25 pounds in hopes that reaching it wont feel so vague, and more obtainable.

4-14 = 345
goal 25 pounds = 320
goal 20 pounds = 300
goal 20 pounds = 280
goal 20 pounds = 260
goal 10 pounds = 250
goal 20 pounds = 230
goal 20 pounds = 210
goal 11 pounds = 199


Motivation is a big issue lately. Hopefully with better weather, that will help too.

Stay in calorie range.

Drink water and more water and more water and some sugar free lemonade.

Stay away from white food (sugar, flour, salt)

Personal Information:
Im 45. I work in a pharmacy, am a mom of 2 grown kids. Scared of letting go. I love reading, people watching, watching shows like House Hunters, Storage Wars, American Pickers...and playing cards. Have grown to really like primitive crafts.

Other Information:
I have a dog, a yorkie-poo...super smart.....AZZ. lol Plus a corgi that drives me nuts.

Ummm...just an average person getting by the best way I can.
