My Goals:
To lose 30 pounds by December 31, 2013, by losing about a pound a week.

My Program:
Exercising 4 times per week and eating food instead of junk. And, on a regular schedule. Then leaving the office to walk for 15 to 20 minutes three days a week.

Personal Information:
I:
live in Las Cruces, New Mexico-where it is almost always sunny. Hot in the summer, a little cold in the winter.
am terribly out of shape and unhealthy.
will be turning 55 this year and am too heavy for my size.
excited to finally making myself a priority.
