My Goals:
I would like to run in a 10K by the fall. So I would like to start running at least 12-18 miles a week.


My Program:
I am trying to eat better. I have started from scratch with the food I keep in my house and hope to get in the habit of eating less sugar and carbs.

I have started running a few times a week, and I hope to make it a daily routine.

I entered another 5K on June 5 and I'm hoping to cut my time down by then.

Hi there, thanks for your comment on my blog and for the prayers. I really appreciate it. I am a little late responding back, sorry :).
I have been feeling so much better with this being my 4th week on my thyroid medication. The only thing now I am waiting for is my legs to catch up. I have some soreness in my leg muscles still but it's such a big improvement from before. I am happy I feel good finally. I can't wait to work out soon :)
