Pleasantly plump? I don't think so.

Hello!

As long as I can remember, I have been a chubby kid. My weight has had it's ups and downs, but I have by no means ever been at a truly healthy weight or fitness level. I just recently broke into the terrible two (hundreds) though, and that is a first for me. I'm working on getting out of there as soon as possible.

I'm taking control of this situation (finally) and losing the weight, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Dec 6th - 221.4 (+.8) - it happens! it was an especially busy week.
Dec 7th - 218.8 (-2.6)

Dec 20th - 216.8 (-.2)

My Goals:
I would like to run a 10k next year on the fourth of July, among other things.

End of September - great race




215 - swimsuit

175 - we'll see when we get a little closer!!



My Program:
I've been doing my own version of c25k, along with strength training (beastly arms now, really, in a good way), and some stairmaster action is always nice.

I do this 4-7 days a week, tossing some yoga in here and there.

I love yoga!



Personal Information:
I'm a student at Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio studying biology. I am from around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania though. I really do love it there, too...
