HERE I AM! :)

So, I'm down a total of 58 lbs (I lost around ten before I joined SP). I feel great. My energy level is up. This journey isn't over yet. I still have a little more to go. I would like to share with you that it's not easy. It's the most difficult thing to do. However, the benefits of it are amazing. My energy level, my mental state, even my emotions seem to be so much better. I look in the mirror and like what I see. There's no magic pill, no magic diet, nothing. Simple hard work outs and eating ...

Simple hard work outs and eating right. The results? From a whopping 250+ lbs down to 195 lbs.
Losing this weight is a journey that is worth taking. All the twists and turns that are along the way are all learning tools. It's an effort everyday to make healthier choices. Whenever it seems as though failure has creeped its nasty head into the way just get up and start again. Everyday is new and making the right choice is up to me. Feeling great everyday is what it's all about.

My Goals:
So, my new goal is to lose another 25 lbs by the end of April. I believe that this can be done. I really would like to be in Onederland by the end of april, but I want to be more realistic. SO, here we go! New year! New me!

My Program:
To do spin at least 4 days a week and a strength training class 2 days a week. If I can make it to the Saturday classes that will be ICING on the CAKE!!! :)
Also to do bootcamp at least once a week.

Other Information:
I hope to be able to inspire someone. I would like people to know that giving back is so important, no matter how small it is, a smile to a stranger can make someone's day brighter!

Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. It is great knowing I have sparkpeople that support me! Congrats on your pregnancy- I am sure you will do great! I have been doing zumba for almost 3 years and we have a couple of girls in their 3rd trimester still working out with us- all I can say is I am so impressed with you pregnant girls for sticking with it! I worked out with my 2nd and it was a great delivery and so much easier to recover and get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Enjoy your pregnancy!
