My Goals:
To be happy with myself. To be able to wear a dress without it being obvious I have a tummy pooch, or having to wear spanx with it! To be able to wear my wedding ring comfortably again.

To go down to around 129 lb.

My Program:
I use the BodyMedia FIT system. I'm currently working on burning 1750 calories a day and eating 1250, or thereabouts.

Personal Information:
I live near Knighton in Powys, Wales. I've only been back in the UK since January 2013, having spent the previous 10 years in the States. I had a 17 year career in IT before jacking it all in to concentrate on what I consider 'real' things, instead of zeroes and ones; I have a small business creating hand spun, knitted or crocheted woolen garments and blankets.

Other Information:
I love to read, play piano, ride horses, walk, walk and walk! My hubby says I'm like a puppy, must have my regular walks :) That, and apparently I'm a plant... I get sad and droopy when the weather is bad or it's dark outside, and super happy when the sun shines. :)
