Here's my weekly tracking of my weight loss starting January 1, 2013. I lost about 70 pounds using SparkPeople four years ago, but lost focus and have gained almost all of it back. I will not get back to my max weight and am working toward losing the weight again.

My Goals:
My goal is to create a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family's future. I'm hoping in the process to lose 70 lbs. by next year. My current longer-term goals is to weigh 220 pounds by February 23, 2013.
My Program:
To create a healthier lifestyle I am going to: 1. Track and stay within my calorie range every day. 2. Complete the January Jumpstart challenge by completing a video daily and a cardio workout 5 days a week. 3. Drink over 8 cups of water a day.
