Hey all, I'm Sarah!

My life is a lot less together than I thought it would be by this point . . . but I'm working on it, and that's all that matters, right? (It better be!) I'm taking things one step at a time and working on creating a new me that can adapt to any environment.

I'm very excited to be back with the Walkers, Runners, Joggers and Gadgeters team in the Winter 5% Challenge. This is my 6th straight challenge (8th overall), and will very likely be my last, ...
Hey all, I'm Sarah!

I'm very excited to be back with the Walkers, Runners, Joggers and Gadgeters team in the Winter 5% Challenge. This is my 6th straight challenge (8th overall), and will very likely be my last, so I'm hoping to reach a 2.5% loss in this challenge!.

My Goals:
-Lose the 20 pounds I've gained in the last few years, and the 10 I wanted to lose before that
-Fit into my clothes - I love my clothes, and I want them to fit!
-Run in a RunDisney race
-Learn to be proud of my accomplishments

My Program:
- Eat healthier breakfasts, lunches, and snacks
- Minimize second and third helpings
- Continue running
- Exercise consistently (5-7 days a week)
- Make my lifestyle changes a routine
