I'm in Iowa brrrrr! It's so cold here they cancelled school. I was driving home from my boyfriend's this morning and it read -13. Where are you located?

Weekend?! What weekend? There was a weekend?! HAha! I've been so busy I don't remember that it WAS a weekend!

The best thing was that my hubby and I went on a date and it was nice to get out just the 2 of us. The worst thing was that he worked all weekend aside from that and I baked and cleaned and played with the kids and shoveled...

Today I am working in more details for my plans and instead of having just monthly goals, I think I am going to aim for weekly and daily goals.

Our 5% winter challenge starts on the 18th. Have you joined? will you? It's and every day, every week commitment though but it really helps if you participate! I'm really looking forward to it!

Hi! So since I've been MIA on sparkpeople since before Christmas, I just saw your message asking about how I've been. I had a nice little break over the holidays, during which I didn't weigh myself and I ate and drank a lot. That did not turn out to be a good thing. At All. I have put back on a lot of the weight I had formerly "lost", so now I've got to reboot. I need to figure out a way to really make it stick this time around. I think it's going to require me to actually lose a considerable amount of weight and maintain for a while there so my body doesn't keep thinking that it's supposed to be this size.
