My Goals:
1- Adopt and integrate a healthy lifestyle
2- Run a 1/2 marathon
3- More energy without energy drinks

My Program:
Eating lots of veggies and fruit.
Add fish to my diet.
30 minute interval training (walk/jog) with my husband 3xweek.
Overall, a more active lifestyle.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Houston, Texas!
Graduated from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and moved to Orlando, Florida for work in a research and development lab in oncology.
I met my husband at MD Anderson, he was my lab partner, now we're life partners as of July 2013!


Other Information:
I love swimming and reading. Jane Eyre is one of my favorites! Trying to pick back up the piano.
I believe that Christ saved me from my selfish, sinful nature and with out him I'd be lost and hopeless. He gives me strength to live/survive in this messed up world.

Remember that "running" doesn't always mean running the WHOLE THING... maybe start training for your 5K using something like the Couch 2 5K program or else Galloway run/walk intervals... :) You can do it!!

Come out and run with Central Florida Women Runners!! This Sat AM we are at Cranes Roost in Altamonte Springs at 8:15AM (be there at 8AM to meet everyone and chat a bit first!) :) Hope to see you there!
