Sara's Slim Down

31 years old. Married for 12 years. Two children, a 5 year old boy and a 6 year old girl.

Have had many ups and downs. Was heavy on the emotional eating for a good while. Suffered from depression for about a year. Doing much better these days!

Looking forward to continued healing. My goal is to enjoy life and not stress out about food choices or workouts. What is the point if you are stressed right? :D

Sometimes 4 Hour Body diet. But the nice thing about being on Slim is I don't have to constantly diet. Thank goodness.

I'm Meagon and I'm also trying to lose around 100 lbs, 115 to be exact. Also have two kids, an 8 yr old boy and 4 yr old girl... emoticon on losing 22 lbs so far!!! and congrats on being married for 11 yrs emoticon , I'll be going on 5 yrs married coming this October. Thanks for stopping by my blog,I'm still struggling with the 8 glasses of water even in this heat (i'm working on it and actually succeeding on some days emoticon )
but thanks for the reminder,( gonna grab another glass now actiually emoticon
going gym tomorrow so hoping that will eliminate some of the guilt.
