Thank you for the help with my goals! I just needed to change my height by 1/2 an inch and instead of 30 minutes on 2 days I put 15 minutes on 2 days (which is more realistic)! Anyway, it remained the same 1200 -1500. I have only been using the Nutrition Tracker feature for about a week. I am used to doing points instead of calories. I feel like my weight loss is really slowwwwwwwwwww. How do you make your goodies show all of them at once?? What do you think about the cord/band piece of equipment? emoticon
