Welcome to Spark People and the Yoga Lovers team
Today I ate the whole house! but most days I am able to keep it under 1200 calories. The nutrition tracker is grat and it figures out the carbs, the fats and the protein for you and then does a pie chart so you can rearrange your foods to the right portions of each

I am doing 10000 ste[s a day and it is helping when I get discouraged I just get on the boards and do messages and posts and lots of people help and give suggestions
