I'll be 50 this year. Anyone who has been a friend with me already knows that! I'm not dreading it all. Its just a number and doesn't change the way I feel about myself, EXCEPT I know its about time to do what I want and take care of myself.

Just finished my first BLC (22) and feel great. Turns out I LOVE a good challenge. Being a part of a team has given me new energy. Helping others helps me. Go Sapphires!

Fitness:
1. 5K - Running
2. Handstand
3. Register for at least 5-runs/obstacle this year.

AWWW - still my fitness goals and not really working hard on them. Time for change.

Weight:
Shorterm - I want to get out of the 170s. I've been hoovering here way to long.
8/29 - Blew past that 170s, not hovering in the low 150s, but I have every confidence in the world i will continue to become a healthier, stronger woman.
6/10/14 - 144 ish working toward the 130s

Thanks for the tips and way to go the 5K. I will get there some day!! The 5 fat is a good question to ask. I was not drinking enough water while trying it.

After you set up your account in Walking 4 Fun, there is a section on the upper right side called settings. There is where you can set it up to sync with your fitbit. emoticon
