2012 a year of change

I tried the gym, didn't work for me (although I went faithfully for 6 months and then on/off for the next 12). So I am starting here again with the January Fitness challenge, Walk off The Pounds, and Wii Fit.
Personal Information:
My name is Brenda. I live in Florida with one dog {Sasha}, two cats, and my two adult children(22/24) are both back home. Sasha is very excited about morning walks (although we are not doing them everyday)
