Hi Bonnie, I still have only few ounces up and down but I am staying at 180 Below that number my face is looking too thin. I like my full face. I still stay UNDER 100 AFTER 30 DAYS most of the time. I only limit Simple carbs, Complex carbs help the brain. The brain needs Carbs, that is what I read in Spark and many other places too. So I have a list of complex and simple carbs to stay right. I love protein and it keeps me full. I rarely want things sweets but I never did. Too poor for fruit or candy but overweight till after menopause. That was when I wanted to get my cholesterol down. It is still up and I stay here because I love the site. Hope you can find your lower numbers. Do you check your Glucometer once in a while. That reminds me I need to test my Clucometer and I have no test solution I will buy it today. Pat in Maine.
I eat 10 almonds just before bed I stay with my tracker eat nothing after supper we eat around 7pm. It helps me for sure. 230 days ago
