3/1/15 - Month 3 of being more aware. But now so, with an even better plan.

I have been doing weight watchers since late last year at my work. I have also been keeping track and weighing in with another Facebook group since January. I didn''t see great results with my February weigh in, but once I re-measured, I realized I lost 7.25" in that month! Even though I "only" lost 2 pounds. February was a big month for me: valentines day, my husbands Birthday and our 10 year anniversary. So I kinda took the "I don''t care attitude" for this month. But I have a plan. I ...

I already weigh in every Monday with my Facebook group, and again on Thursdays for my Weight Watchers at work meetings. But I need to add in other goals. I will lose 25 pounds by June. Here are my goals: 1. Getting 10,000 steps in each day with my fitbit charge. I will walk two laps each day on one of my breaks. 2. I will go to bed and SLEEP (no phone or kindle) from 10-5 OR 11-6 (my body only seems to need 7 hours) 3. I will take all of my prescription medications daily. 4. I will pre-plan and track my food daily on sparkpeople (not with my weight watchers or fit bit app, that''s too much) 5. I will get 30 minutes of planned ahead cardio 3x a week. 6. I will do strength training 3x a week. 7. I will not eat soda, chocolate or candy until Easter (if I choose to go start eating it again) 8. I will drink my water! 16 oz before I leave for work at 7, 16 oz before my 10 am break 16 oz before the end of my lunch at 1 16 oz before my 3 pm break. (More bathroom breaks = more steps!!)

Hey! Once again it's been forever since I've been on here. Thinking about starting it again...was just curious if you were ever on here anymore. Hope you're doing good...I've got about 60 lbs to lose at this point. Ugh!
