3/1/15 - Month 3 of being more aware. But now so, with an even better plan.

I *CAN'T* keep getting fatter. I am the fattest I have ever been, including the day I gave birth. I will lose weight. Here are my goals: 1. Getting 10,000 steps in each day with my fitbit charge. I will walk 1.5 laps each day on one of my breaks, and 2 laps on my lunch. 2. I will go to bed and SLEEP (no phone or kindle) from 10-5 OR 11-6 (my body only seems to need 7 hours) 3. I will take all of my prescription medications daily. 4. I will pre-plan and track my food daily on ...

I will get 30 minutes of planned ahead cardio 3x a week. 6. I will do strength training 3x a week. 7. I will not eat soda, chocolate or candy except one cheat day a week. 8. I will drink my water! 16 oz before I leave for work at 7, 16 oz before my 10 am break 16 oz before the end of my lunch at 1 16 oz before my 3 pm break. (More bathroom breaks = more steps!!)

My Goals:
To lose a total of 45 pounds by June 12, 2014.

Daily - log all food / fitness.

Water - water - water. 8 oz with am pill, 8 oz with pm pill, water bottle at lunch, and one before and after lunch.

Hey! How have you been? I'm back to it again..I have about 60 lbs to lose and am planning on being more active this time on here to keep me going...I'm officially going to start tracking on Monday.

No I did the elliptical for about 39 minutes, then some strength training, then I get on the treadmill on a 15% incline for an out a 1.5 to 2 miles. I seem to burn more calories doing treadmill that way.just pick a speed that's comfortable. :)

Hey! Once again it's been forever since I've been on here. Thinking about starting it again...was just curious if you were ever on here anymore. Hope you're doing good...I've got about 60 lbs to lose at this point. Ugh!
