i have been losing about 20 pounds a year i know i can do much better..my goals is to lose at least 50 this yearthat is just over 4 pounds a month i really am thankful for what i lost and manitaining but i think i can do better ..

Hi, we're on the Leslie Sansone team. I saw your reply to my comment about my spark tracker. I like mine, it gives me motivation to do more steps and a longer workout than the day before, get more steps, burn more calories etc. It really has been a great motivator for me. It may not be for everyone but give it a try.
