need help

Tried multiple weight loss programs, but only took 30 lbs off in the last year and stalled...need to lose 100 more. Try to exercise, but in last year, it seems when I do this on daily basis, I always end up with knee or back issues. Need help to get weight off, keep it off, not undermine my efforts, stick to it and not experience injury. I can live with sore muscles, but months of rehab is discouraging. I haven't done too well on my own in my weight loss struggle.
