Yeah I have bad knees as well partly from being overweight and partly from my figure skating days. I got through Shred tonight after I did a Rockin Body workout...doing a workout before it actually helped alot because I felt more warmed up and not so stiff. I still did some modifications..I didn't do the lunges I only did the curls and then instead of the side lunges I did arnold presses. I still burned almost 300 calories so I consider it a success. :) 915 days ago
Hey! Shred is going good. Today was day 7 but even though yesterday went great today my knee started hurting and I couldn't even get through the first circuit. I'm hoping it's just a one day thing from weather or something so I can get back to Day 8 tomorrow. Otherwise I'm going to have to do some catch up work and it will push my end date back. It is totally hard but you can do it! Pilates was hard for me the one time I tried it but that was years ago. I love yoga! hope you are having a great week :) 916 days ago
Luckily we havent had a real snow yet. Its been threatening, been cold & had a little flurry action but nothing too crazy.
Yeah...the fasting thing I am not a 100% about. When my blood sugar drops & I get hungry I seriously turn into a b*tch monster...hahaha. I have been doing pretty good between 1000-1200 cals & even went for sushi(with rice!) last night before seeing my 2 lb loss this morning. Now its a challenge on how long this amazing streak can last. I am kind of dreading the holidays as my boyfriends parents don't exactly follow a very healthy lifestyle.... trying to maintain a good willpower against treats until them so maybe it wont hit as hard. fingers crossed. 916 days ago
