Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in year. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

Just wanted to thank you for posting about the SARR training program - I am really enjoying it! Now I look forward to all of my runs. It makes a world of difference to train with others and not by myself!

Thanks for the welcome and your little comment about the new week. You helped me remember I'm supposed to be commenting on people's pages! Yes I'm a little out of it and it is still just January! :)

I can't believe they sent me home like that either. I'd had two kids before then. The first I had a hard time walking after but that was due to stitches. The second, I was up and walking with no trouble within hours. Seriously they should have known that I could tell something was wrong. They just said oh, nothing's wrong, it's just that birth is hard. Grr...

I'm super jealous of your good knees lol. I had an ACL reconstruction in March 2014 on my right knee and my left knee needs a patella re-alignment, a whole different surgery. I do my best but both knees are pretty much in pain all the time. I had blown out my left knee by falling down the stairs back in 2007. I'm a mess haha.

BUT!! It doesn't stop the workouts! haha
