Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in year. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

Hey there lady, just checking up on you! How are things going?? Are you surviving the heat down there?! Our weather has been crazy. It was 55 degrees on Monday and Friday the high is supposed to be 93. So hard to plan with temp swings like that.

I haven't got in much walking or jogging lately but I'm hoping to get my bum going in that regard!

Aaaaand I just read your blog comment, so here are two comments in a row! Ha! I have one of those scales that reads body fat and muscle mass and such. To be entirely honest, I've had it for awhile, since about 2013, but I didn't want to change numbers in the middle of what I was doing, so I just adjusted them. But I figure for a fresh start, I can change it up. :)
