    Sarah, what if I don't put the Glucci in the shake? You think it would still be ok, although less filling? I looked everywhere for the stuff in town but I assume I have to order online?

    That sounds like a great summer thing to have... I don't always love eating when its hot out. Can you tell me what Glucci is? I'll have to hit pinterest and see what I can find. I have a giant bag of choco whey protein powder and this would probably be a good way to use it!

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. I've never heard of Airrosti doctors before. Most of the things you listed are things that I already do. Even have gone to the chiropractor and have had massage therapy done on it. It is down to a dull burn now, finally! I would love to be able to do more than I do now though. If I work out too much or even just walk too much it gets a flare up that I have a hard time getting back under control.
