    Thanks for the thumbs up this morning...I need it. I sort of feel like a hypocrite with all the sugar I've been eating. I need to remember that although food choices eventually affect your weight they affect your health much quicker. My fatigue has ramped up again and its what I hate about how I feel over all. How did I get here? Well I've quit taking supplements, I don't drink enough water AND I've started eating something sugary almost every day again and sometimes its binge eating several items as if I might die if I don't. I should probably read Grain Brain again. If I'm still eating sugar like this after reading it the first time I am a very slow learner indeed! So bad for us.

    I'm doing good so far....had 2 bullet proof coffees, 2 fried eggs and now drinking my first 16 oz of hot water. I've also taken my Fish oil, Vit D and Magnesium. I will do my Vitamin C, Ashwaganda, and Multi at dinner and my probiotic right before bed.

    I should try the Fly lady thing....is your challenge on SP team?

    It's been good. I go back to work tomorrow. I'll only work part of the day and then we are planning some sledding in the afternoon. Some skiing either Friday or Saturday.
