Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in years. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

You'll be happy to know that I did finally take my measurements this weekend! I look forward to the end of the month to make a comparison!

I'm glad you are doing low carb too...sounds like Amproske is doing the same. I'm glad to have company on the team! I felt very satisfied yesterday and the most shocking thing was not craving sweets. And there were several opportunities for it at work - as there always is. Hopefully that lasts, lol. I'm ready for something different and I've been frustrated a lot the last year with the fact that my body just doesn't lose weight doing the things that used to having me losing consistently.
Here we go! WooHoo! emoticon
