Consistency is the key!

Tracking is my best friend and worst enemy. It's the hardest part of weight loss for me, yet when I do it... I win. You'd think that would motivate me, but alas it appears not. After many, many, many years of trying on my own, I became very frustrated. I had lost about 30 lbs on my own, but only by working out three hours a day and rarely being satisfied. On the suggestion of a friend, I started working with my doctor and a nutritionist. I had Gastric sleeve surgery in June of 2013.

Hello, hello, hello! And thanks for checking on me when I was ill. Lots of challenges these past few weeks, but really hoping to "hit the bricks" starting tomorrow.

Hey! Thanks for checking in. Doing great with the c25k... on week 6 but taking each day session and turning it into a week. Made the change when I noticed that I was having to drop my already slow speed even slower. Since changing I've noticed an improved rate of success! Love the flexibility of the C25k plan!

Great job on keeping with it! If you ever find yourself discouraged, just look back at how far you've come! A bad run is still better then no run at all. :)

God bless!
