Complacency is dangerous!

I've been way too complacent since I reached Onederland. I did so well for the first 60 lbs of my weight loss and then I just got comfortable. I was elated to be in the 100's, no longer shopping in specialty clothing stores for larger sizes and I weighed less than my DH for the first time in years. I still have some work to do, but I was complacent with where I was. It's time to stop settling.

I actually don't mind rain either. My best ever 5K was in a downpour. I ran the entire route. I'd never run an entire race before that nor since that and it even started up a huge hill. I have no idea where my strength came from that day. You are right though...wind makes such a difference for me and running directly into it - just feels like you are getting no where.

Thanks for visiting my blog today! Hope your day is great.

I don't blame you for moving on from fitbit if you've had bad experiences. There are certainly a lot of companies out there now with similar products that do the job too. You'll have to let us know what you end up with and how it works for you. emoticon
