Consistency is the key!

Tracking is my best friend and worst enemy. It's the hardest part of weight loss for me, yet when I do it... I win. You'd think that would motivate me, but alas it appears not. After many, many, many years of trying on my own, I became very frustrated. I had lost about 30 lbs on my own, but only by working out three hours a day and rarely being satisfied. On the suggestion of a friend, I started working with my doctor and a nutritionist. I had Gastric sleeve surgery in June of 2013.

Thanks for the comment on my spark page! This job is what I have gone to school to become, so while it can be a bit stressful at times, I love it!
