Consistency is the key!

Tracking is my best friend and worst enemy. It's the hardest part of weight loss for me, yet when I do it... I win. You'd think that would motivate me, but alas it appears not. After many, many, many years of trying on my own, I became very frustrated. I had lost about 30 lbs on my own, but only by working out three hours a day and rarely being satisfied. On the suggestion of a friend, I started working with my doctor and a nutritionist. I had Gastric sleeve surgery in June of 2013.

Thanks for the Spark Goodie - And you have a good Turkey run too. And you can post a photo of your cherry pie that you're making so I can look at it on my run and use it like a carrot in front of me hahaha.

Oh yes! 24W and morbidly obese at 255 lbs. And with my abdomen all messed up from my third pregnancy, I had a lot of extra skin, so I'm sure I was wearing a size larger than I would have without that damage. Plus I'm just not built for smaller pants sizes, heh. Even as a 120-lb swimmer in high school, I wore a size 7/8!
