Hello, my name is Sarah. I have joined sparkpeople to lose a bit of weight and more importantly to learn more about food and nutrition. I would love to find new ways to stay active also. I tend to fixate on things and then change it up and obsess about something else for awhile.

On a more technical note, I would really love to get my BMI at or around 20. I realize that the BMI is a primitive guideline to your weight and body type but it is a goal non the less.

My Program:
Playing in the backyard with my dog, eating healthy (more recently GMO free foods) 30 day shred program and doing the 100 pushups challenge and the sit up challenge and working 60 hours a week is really all that I am doing right now. I need to get back on board with strength training...

Other Information:
Well I know a little about a lot and I love to chat with people so anything and everything is interesting to me. I love questions, i love to cook, read, make art, watch movies, run :-). There are so many things I could list.
