I went back to Harvard and figured out that I'm kind of over having this chunky tummy. For real. Possibly it is because I find myself constantly surrounded by adorable, toned teenagers. (Who knew going back to school would make me feel not only tired and stupid but old and fat?)

My Goals:
I don't want to be tiny, because that's never going to happen, but I'd like my waist measurement to be significantly less than my hip measurement. This is hard, because I have no ass, but I'm convinced it's possible.

My Program:
I'm battling The Cold That Never Ends (eleven weeks and counting!) so my current goal is not so much to LIMIT food, as to try to only eat things that are made from fresh ingredients, rather than just endless processed junk. If I can fit in some low-key exercise like stretching and walking, that's super. (On the plus side, coughing is surprisingly toning to one's abdominal and oblique muscles.)

Personal Information:
I'm Julia, a 28 year old undergrad who finds myself alarmed by how matronly I look compared to all my classmates.
