My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, to eat well, and to enjoy and active life.

My Program:
For exercize, I enjoy running, yoga, biking, and rowing. I recently read "Intuitive Eating" and I am trying to implement the 10 pricipals of IE to live a healthy life.

Personal Information:
SP has been a tremendous help to me. I feel SO much healthier and I have learned to love exercize.

I cannot find a way toyoga to my fittness points. I do at least an hour of yoga each day.
