My Goals:
I have over 100 lbs that I want to lose. I don't necessarily have a goal weight in mind, I just want to feel comfortable in my own body. Thinking about losing 100 lbs seems kind of daunting so I'm approaching this endeavor as losing 10 lbs 10 times. It doesn't seem as difficult when you think about it that way.

*Weigh under 250 lbs
(reward - New Uggs & Ralph Lauren Cool perfume)
*Weigh under 230 lbs
(reward - sexy undies and a smoking hot dress)
*Weigh under 200 lbs
(reward - iPad)
*Weigh under 180 lbs
(reward - being fabulous)
*Hold a plank for 1 minute - Achieved 10/19/10
*Run a 5k race
*Cross my legs comfortably
*Wear a C cup bra
*Wear my jeans tucked in my boots before it goes out of style - Achieved 10/22/10
*Shrink my donk (some things are genetic and I think my wagon just may be one of those things!)
*To feel comfortable in my body - flaws & all
*To be the most positive and best possible Schen that I can be

My Program:
My program is very simple and only comprise of two things 1) eat less and move more! Although it sounds pretty simple, it can be hard to follow. I follow my calorie range recommended by spark and exercise multiple times a week at my gym going to classes because I find that to be more exciting than getting on a machine. I go to spin class, kickboxing, yoga and zumba. 2) Believe in myself! I'm my biggest fan! I'm worth living a life that is absolutely fabulous!

Personal Information:
Pushing 30 and trying to get fit. Meanwhile loving my boyfriend, all day everyday along the way. Total cosmopolitan east coast girl living in a small city in Pennsylvania.

Other Information:
Avid fiction reader with a slight obsession with my hair, weight loss and SPARK. I'm a hopeless optimist who always tries to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I'm making changes in my life and I'm enjoying the ride.
