I'm a professional dieter. I've done it all, liquids, cookies, points, calories, etc. Most recently I tried low carb which has worked better for me than anything. (Always knew I had a carb problem, never realized how removing them from my diet would make me feel.) This is the first time I've made it to the end the diet and I have real hope I can maintain. I found a lifestyle that works for me.
