Budge the Pudge

It's time to get rid of this weight once and for all!! I started last summer and lost over twenty pounds, but as soon as I went back to teaching, I gained it back......not this time!!! I am determined to make this summer count!!!

I would like to reach my goal weight by December 1, 2010.


My Program:
Here is what I am doing:
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day.
2. Give up daily coffee and cut soda to once a day or less.
3. Write down my calories every day in the nutrition tracker.
4. Couch to 5K
5. Strength training 2-3
times a week
6.Cut out junk food and eat healthier/cleaner food.
7. Eat breakfast!
8. Use my elliptical at least twice a week to offset running and hiking.


Personal Information:
I love to quilt, read, hike.
