I am a stress/emotional eater and love free food. New to having a support-group help me so would like to hear your tips, success and encouragement. Hoping Spark People will help me lose another 5kg (11lbs) by my May 19th birthday (target weight is 69kgs) and maintain it for 3 months before trying to lose another 5kg.

Develop healthier eating habits to minimise the mindless stress eating that went wildly out of control during my MBA and SSE studies in the last quarter of 2011.
After losing 4 to 5 dress sizes, the "slowest loser" mindset is not working for me. Returning back to food tracking to reach and then maintain a Healthy/Normal BMI by May 2012 - in time for my birthday.
- Feel amazing inside and out with the help of a gentle and friendly life coach. - Walk the Harbour Bridge 4x/week. - Train Beau Vegas (our staffy). - Stationary biking when raining. - Get my headspace into portion control and more sleep so I can better resist sugar and baked temptations. - Practise rewarding myself without always using food. - Giving myself permission to over-indulge twice a month. - Enrolled in the MOSTMOM1 University of Hooping on World Hooping Day 11/11/11. - Maybe get into Zumba?
