Road to Physical Freedom


I am 47 years young, and am a mother of two boys ages 10 and nearly 6. I have been gaining weight since I was 11 years old and now I am at my all time high. I want to be healthy and not locked up in this unhealthy body and lifestyle. I work for a regional transit company and my job is quite sedentary. I am addicted to sugar and want to overcome this addiction, and have all the energy I can for a healthier lifestyle
