My Goals:
My goal is to get back to regular exercise - atleast 10 minutes daily - no matter what my eating was like that day. My goal is to never "call the day a wash" because I screwed up. Every bite counts - every minute counts. No more "I'll start fresh tomorrow". Every day counts!

My Program:
My goal is to eat a calorie range of 1200-1400. I do best when I stay away from sugar and white flour - whole grains for me! I will aim to exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily. I will post to my message boards daily and I will log all of my food, drink, and activity.

Personal Information:
I am from Northern Virginia. I am married to a great guy and I have two awesome kids. I am a first grade teacher, scrapbooker and amature photographer. I love to read, garden and cook!

Other Information:
I am a Christian woman. I love the Lord and I know that everything good in my life is a blessing from Him.

Me too!! I haven't been on much this week.

Nobody expects too much from teachers outside of work for the first month or so. It's busy. i've had at least one friend who was a teacher.

I ran out of ideas two years ago.

It was the leader of another SparkTeam who was like, "Let's be Superman!!!" And I was like, "You know, I never went through a #SUPERHEROPHASE when I was a kid. I guess better latE than never.

I am definitely excited about being 3 pounds from the #190S and 8 pounds from #GOAL. I am realistic about what's ahead of me though. The last two times I got close to 195, I got stuck right at 195.8 and didn't quite make it.

This time I will! :D
